Referral Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

By participating in the AI Marketers referral prize draw, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Promoter

The prize draw is organised and promoted by AI Marketers (referred to as “we”, “our”, or “us”).

2. Eligibility

• Open to individuals aged 18 or over.

• Entrants must reside in a country where Amazon digital gift cards are available and valid.

• Employees, contractors, or affiliates of AI Marketers are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

• To qualify for one entry into the prize draw, you must refer three (3) unique individuals to subscribe to the AI Marketers newsletter via your personal referral link.

• A referral only counts once the referred person has successfully subscribed and confirmed their email address.

• Only referrals made before 11:59 PM GMT on 5th December 2025 will be counted.

4. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a £100 Amazon digital gift card (or equivalent value in local currency if applicable).

• The gift card will be delivered via email to the winner within 7 days of the draw.

• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
  

5. Draw & Winner Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced by 12th December 2025.

• The winner will be contacted via the email address used to sign up to the newsletter. If no response is received within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

6. General

• We reserve the right to disqualify entries that are, fraudulent, or suspected to be part of any spam or automated activity.

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise.

• By entering, you agree to receive email communications from AI Marketers. You can unsubscribe at any time, but unsubscribing before the draw may void your entry.
  

7. Data Protection

• Any personal data provided will be used solely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and for the purposes of administering this prize draw.
